Amy Guy Wagner

Amy Guy Wagner is senior consultant at Energy and Environmental Economics, E3, where she leads project work in its emerging technology practice with clients including BrightSource Energy, SunEdison, Electric Power Research Institute, and the California Public Utilities Commission. Her work includes utility valuation, strategic siting, transmission risk assessment, and investor support. Wagner also assisted Hawaiian Electric Company in its feed-in tariff proceeding, developing rates for small-scale wind, photovoltaics, concentrating solar power, and in-line hydro projects. She holds degrees in earth systems and energy policy and strategy from Stanford University
