William G. Weissert

William G. Weissert is a research fellow in the Intramural Research Division of the National Center for Health Services Research, U.S. Public Health Service. He earned a master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University and his doctorate in government from Claremont Graduate School. From 1971 to 1975, he was director of public policy research at TransCentury Corporation, a Washington research firm whose findings are reported here. His other publications include Organizational Change (Robinson-Warfield, 1972) and numerous articles and reports.
