Rodger Swearingen

Rodger Swearingen is professor of international relations at the School of International Relations, University of Southern California where he specializes in Soviet foreign policy, world Communist movements and Soviet-Asian relations.

Dr. Swearingen was formely associated with the Russian Research Center at Harvard University, where he received his Ph.D. He has served as consultant with the Department of State, the RAND Corporation, the Ford Foundation, the U.S. Air Force, the Department of Justice, Tidewater Associates, and Ultra-Systems Corporation.
