Corey Hinderstein

Corey Hinderstein is Vice President for International Programs of the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI). At NTI, Hinderstein leads projects related to the improvement of nuclear material security worldwide, new and emerging proliferations challenges, the minimization of commercial uses of highly enriched uranium, and other international nuclear risk reduction efforts. She also led NTI’s work in developing and launching the new World Institute for Nuclear Security (WINS), an international organization based in Vienna. Previously, Hinderstein was Deputy Director and Senior Analyst at the Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS). She is a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, member-at-large on the international Executive Committee for the Institute of Nuclear Materials Management (INMM), member-at-large on the Board of Directors of ISIS, and a member of Women in International Security. She graduated cum laude from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
